Yummy healthy donut

These are going to be not only a family favorite, but the healthiest donut you’ve ever had!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut flour or quinoa flour
  • 1/2 cup Dr. Grandma’s Muffin Mix or your choice of GF Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 pastured organic egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp agave or honey
  • 1 tbsp EVOO

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Grease mini donut pan with EVOO and put batter into donut pan
  4. Bake 15 minute
  5. Glaze while hot and enjoy!
