These are going to be not only a family favorite, but the healthiest donut you’ve ever had!
- 1 cup of coconut flour or quinoa flour
- 1/2 cup Dr. Grandma’s Muffin Mix or your choice of GF Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 pastured organic egg
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp agave or honey
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Grease mini donut pan with EVOO and put batter into donut pan
- Bake 15 minute
- Glaze while hot and enjoy!
