A few weeks ago I found the most amazing find at the thrift store…
We started out with 3 cups of organic whole grain flour, 1/2 tbsp of salt and started with 1/2 a cup of water and added into we got it to a dry hard dough. Then came the fun. (BTW my husband said to tell you that this makes a lot of pasta!)
Then we got to use the pasta machine.
and once rolled flat we rolled out the linguine.
Then it had to hang around while we rolled the next ball flat.
We cooked it up for about 5 minutes total (with salty water)
And then we mixed it up with our freshly made Basil Hemp Pesto. OMG… so good.
