Many afternoons I sit in a small corner of Starbuck’s on the East Side creating the next week’s meal plan based on the products I’ve picked up either at the Farmer’s Market, or one of the great whole grocers I’ve visited in the past few days. I also spend these quiet hours to create the online classes, search out sustainable news to share, connect with friends to find anything I can share with you to help make you green living easier.
While I’m sipping away on my Grande Skinny No Syrup Green Tea Latte, or my Venti Unsweetened Black Iced Tea my daughter happily plays just blocks away at the Newcastle School so that I can feel close to her, and yet still be able to get things done.
This website/blog is hosted at an affordable site, so I don’t spend too much on it, but hey, if I could have a freebie drink on my friends, I’d be oh so grateful.
You can make a “Starbuck’s” donation via Paypal or Google Checkout and I’ll be thinking of you when I make my next meal plan, plan my next workshop or just while enjoying a moment of quiet in my day.
