Raspberry Cinnamon Sweet Rolls

I know what you family wants to eat while opening presents on Christmas morning – Raspberry Cinnamon Sweet Rolls. Make these and serve them up with a lovely hot cocoa and you’ll be the hero of the morning, yes they’ll love you even more than Santa.

1 cup warm organic or raw milk
2 pastured eggs
1/3 cup Organic Valley butter, softened
4 1/2 cups all purpose bread flour
1/2 cup organic raw sugar
1 tablespoon corn-free baking powder

Filling Mixture:
1 cup organic brown sugar
1 tbsp water
2 tablespoons ground Organic cinnamon
1/4 cup Organic Valley butter, softened
1/4 package of IQF Raspberries

4 ounces Organic Valley cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup Organic Valley butter, softened
1 1/2 cups 365 Organic (corn-free) powdered sugar


1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix the dough ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, mixing thoroughly until the dough forms a large ball.
3. Combine filling ingredients in separate bowl
4. Divide your dough mixture into ten pieces, and roll each one into a 2″ by 10″ rectangle.
5. Spread the dough with the filling mixture. Roll each strip into a tightly formed roll.
6. Place rolls in a 9×13 inch baking pan, allowing some room for the rolls to expand.
7. Bake the rolls until just starting to turn golden. (12 – 15 minutes)
8. Beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, and powdered sugar.
9. Spread frosting on the rolls and serve.
